When I became a single mom, I considered the fate of our blog.
I felt as though I no longer fit in my own life. Of primary concern was how I’d ever find work that could offer me and my two school-aged boys both a livable income and the flexibility that would allow me to raise my boys.
For about 4 years, I had been creating content for our Disney-inspired blog and loving it. Frankly, I didn’t know how I would create Disney-inspired content as a single mom.
I didn’t know how we would ever be able to afford to play at the Parks, unwind at a Disney resort, sail the high seas, or Adventure with Disney around the world.
I was prepared to concede. Then, my thoughts turned to the real-life NANIs1 and ANDY’S MOMs2. To the real-life MARLINs3 and MAURICEs4.
We are Disney.
We can Disney. Not only can we enjoy Disney Parks, Disney Resort Hotels, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney with planning and saving, there’s no limit to the ways we can bring the magic of Disney home.
