I had no idea dandelions were edible until I ate my first Dandelion Salad in my early twenties.
Before you serve up some dandelion greens, know that the older a dandelion gets the more bitter it will taste.
Older, larger greens are better cooked while young, smaller greens are what to look for if you want to try them raw.
