Looking to get out of town this Memorial Day weekend?
Here are just a few new experiences you should plan for!
New Diamond Celebration After-Dark Shows
As the parents of two young boys, we understand the challenges of keeping the littles up this late — but the wait can be well worth it! Here are three new after-dark shows to plan for that you won’t want to miss:
♦ “Paint the Night” Parade
Inspired by the iconic Main Street Electrical Parade, this all-new after-dark parade features more than 1.5 million brilliant LED lights.
♦ “Disneyland Forever” Fireworks Spectacular
Become immersed in the worlds of your favorite Disney and Disney-Pixar films when traditional pyrotechnics, innovative projection mapping technology, and surprising special effects join together for one unforgettable firework spectacular.
♦ “World of Color – Celebrate!”
Alongside hosts Mickey Mouse and award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris, follow Walt Disney on a journey of imagination through a compilation of magical moments projected onto a towering 19,000 square-foot “screen” of water. With impressive fire and laser effects and a stirring soundtrack, this after-dark outdoor show is well worth the wait.
New Diamond Celebration Music & Entertainment
♦ As part of the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration, guests are encouraged to Dance-Along, March-Along, and Sing-Along with the parks’ musical groups and Disney characters.
At the Disneyland Park dance along with the Straw Hatters band near Town Square. March along with the Disneyland Band & Disney characters up Main Street, U.S.A. And sing along with the Dapper Dans barbershop quartet near Main Street, U.S.A!
At the Disney California Adventure Park dance along with Five & Dime and Goofy on Buena Vista Street. And hear a brand new song from Mickey and the Red Car News Boys near Carthay Circle.
