Topped With Marinara Sauce

I tried my first slice of pan fried [Organic] Polenta at Trader Joe’s and bought both the Polenta and the jar of marinara sauce on the spot. Slice Polenta into rounds and pan fry in a bit of oil/butter. Spoon a bit of warmed marinara sauce onto each round. Gluten free, vegan, and kosher.

The above ingredients tossed into a mixture of Green Leaf and Red Leaf Lettuce.
